We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our growing team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to key stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in shaping our data-driven strategies and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

· Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.

· Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

· Proven experience in data analysis, including proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

· Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI,

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
